Our Centre has access to students studying in a variety of disciplines. From health, to community services, science, business and more.

In 2022 12 local students who utilized our services completed their studies in Nursing, Paramedicine and Teaching. All students had received offers before graduationg and are working in our local workforce.

We recognise the critical labor shortage with the need to create locally grown workers who understand our Macleay Valley community. By connecting with these students, and providing them the support they need to succeed, we are helping retain them into our local workforce.

This connection begins in school. We have created programs for school students to begin the conversation about their future career early. You can read more about these programs on our Future Students page.
