Our Centre spaces

Need a quiet place away from distraction to join a tutorial or sit an exam? Hosting a larger meeting or training session? Whether you need a desk for one or room for 30, we have the space for you! Room bookings are free for CUC Macleay Valley students, or can be hired for a fee to external guests and community members.

Lecture room: This is the biggest space as it is generally used for large group meetings and seminars. As many businesses in the Macleay Valley don’t always have room to host large-scale meetings, this space is an ideal space for our external partners and community members.

Group space: This room is located next to our Study Hub, and is typically used for small group discussions, assignment crunch sessions and zoom meetings.

Tutorial room: This room comes in high demand as it is located away from the busy hustle of the Study Hub, making it the perfect space to sit an exam or watch a lecture in a quiet environment.

Individual desks can also be booked for non-students who need a quiet place to work from.

How to book 

CUC Macleay Valley students can use our Online Booking System. You can also book the rooms in person by scanning the QR code located outside of each room. Rooms can be booked for as long as you need them. If you require assistance in making a booking, please see our friendly staff.
